Why work with one person?
With a larger company, your job passes from salesperson to surveyor to fitter — and something gets lost at every hand-off. Details you mentioned at the start never reach the person holding the tools.
With me, there’s nothing to lose in translation. The person who listens to what you want is the person who designs it, builds it and fits it. If a wall turns out not to be straight or a detail needs rethinking mid-job, it’s sorted there and then — not logged as a query for someone else to ring you about next week.
